I started in the wholesale loan business in 1997 with WMC Mortgage. In the last 25 years in the mortgage industry my experience includes being a real estate appraiser, retail loan officer, ownership interest in a realtor office/mortgage company. I draw on this experience to be able to structure loans that can close at Velocity. I am a firm believer in being honest and passing on loans that do not fit our guidelines. Your time is valuable and I want to respect it.

I like to take ownership of relationships with my brokers, having been in that role before I understand the importance of managing expectations and clear communication. My belief is success starts early, I usually start my work-day at 5:00 am to get organized, review the pipeline, file follow-up's, and plan out the day for maximum results.
