I have been involved in almost every aspect of real estate for the last 20+ years. My clients are well served by my attention to detail and strong knowledge of residential and commercial mortgage lending.

At Velocity Mortgage Capital, we help mortgage brokers expand their business by lending to real estate investors and small business owners that want to close loans quickly without documenting income. Unlike most lenders, we make exceptions for investors that do not fit into a traditional box. In other words – We Fund Loans.

Outside of real estate finance, I can often be seen on the golf course or basketball court. I live in Hermosa Beach with my wife, an accomplished astrophysicist, and our beautiful eight-year-old daughter.
