As the Regional Sales Director and a consistent top producer in the company, I have extensive experience and know the intricacies and ins and outs of Velocity’s underwriting guidelines to help get deals across the finish line. I pride myself on honesty and responsiveness as I believe those are the 2 most important aspects of a successful lender/broker relationship. I embrace and support Velocity's mission to enable brokers to service the unique needs of self-employed real estate investors and small business owners who are often tough to qualify. If I think there is a way to get it done, I will!
