With more than 25 years of experience, my main areas of concentration include third party originations, developing target operating models, operational improvements, risk mitigation, development of policies and procedures, commercial and residential lending credit analysis, portfolio management, enhancing sales and profit and loss responsibilities for banks and non-banks. I bring a tangible skill set that can be leveraged by start-ups, growing and mature companies.
