With bachelor’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University, emphasizing Business Administration and Management, and more than 25 years of experience in the Real Estate Lending field, Patrick Lyons is the authority on investment property mortgage lending. His creativity and loan structuring expertise allow him to help brokers service their investor clients quickly and efficiently. 

As a Senior Account Executive with Velocity Mortgage Capital, Patrick is enthusiastic about finding creative financing solutions, no matter how challenging. He utilizes his passion, dedication, subject matter expertise and insights to better understand how to best structure and close the deal.
